Featured Recipe: Pears Filled With Strawberry Cream


Eat this easy-to-prepare snack to give your teeth a healthy boost!


4 oz. low-fat cream cheese
2 fresh strawberries, sliced
¼ tsp. brown sugar substitute
1 pear, unpeeled and halved
1 tsp. lemon juice


  1. Combine cream cheese, strawberries and brown sugar substitute in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Spread each pear half with lemon juice, then top with half of the cream cheese mixture.
